Press-fix strut hinges are the quickest and lowest cost way to fix an easel strut to a backing board. Compatible with most types of fibreboard, hardboard and MDF.

The AP02 are for larger frames and thicker board, up to 355mm x 280mm / 14" x 11" approx. They have auto-brake and auto stop.

Apple Hinges® Strut Hinges and Hangers are finished as standard with a superior quality black oxide and anti-oxidant dry oil treatment. Made in Taiwan.

AP02 38mm press-fix strut hinges are the same style as the AP06 and AP01 hinges. If you have access to a Craft Champ or similar press, they fit in the same way as others you may be using. At the moment, there is no matching locator disc available for either of the Alfamacchine presses. Work is in hand.
